Alexa Prize Socialbot Grand Challenge
is challenge to advance human-computer interaction. Teams will create socialbots that can converse coherently and engagingly with humans on a range of current events and popular topics such as entertainment, sports, politics, technology, and fashion.

The Alexa Prize is a great opportunity to develop a socialbot that can be a good companion for Alexa users, a virtual character able to provide entertainment with useful and funny facts, as well as, engage its partner into a deeper discussion on topics of interest in a natural way. Our socialbot will fill the gap between production-ready agents and state-of-the-art NLP research.

The DREAM Team was selected by Amazon for Alexa Prize Socialbot Grand Challenge 3. DREAM Team has reached the semifinals of the Alexa Prize 3 and DREAM Socialbot achieved final average rating of 3.39.

2020 - 2021
The DREAM Team was selected to compete for the Alexa Prize Socialbot Grand Challenge 4. This selection comes with $250K research grant, Alexa-ended devices, and AWS support to advance open-domain Conversational AI.

DeepPavlov DREAM
DeepPavlov DREAM is an AI assistant based on the socialbot built for the Alexa Prize 2019 competition. DP DREAM is a set of our default goal-oriented and chit-chat skills, as well as a number of demo AI Assistants built using components from Library and managed by DeepPavlov Agent.
