What We Do

Since June 2017, the main activity of the DeepPavlov team is the implementation of the same-called DeepPavlov Project - an open-source Conversational AI stack of technologies that facilitate the development of the complex dialog systems.

Our Contributions to Conversational AI

Since 2015, the DeepPavlov project conducts courses on "Deep Learning in NLP", "Reinforcement Learning" and "Theoretical Deep Learning".
Since 2016, we held Six International week-long Scientific Hackathons, which were attended by about 1000 people, and 40 leading researchers in the field of machine intelligence.
In 2017 and 2018, the DeepPavlov project held a Conversational Intelligence Challenge together with Université de Montréal, McGill University and Carnegie Mellon with Facebook support, selected in competition track at the NeurIPS conference.
In 2018 and 2019 we held International Conversational Intelligence Summer School (CISS School), which were attended by about 100 people.
The DeepPavlov project staff published more 60 scientific publications and get more 100 speeches at conferences.
We have 2 patents in NLP field.

Our Participation in AI competion

In 2019-2020 our team was selected to compete in Alexa Prize Socialbot Grand Challenge 3 by Amazon! Find out more news at official site.

In 2020 our team won the 1st cycle Up Great technology contest READ//ABLE of the nomination "Grammar.Eng" for texts in English. Find out more information at site.
